Sometimes you have to fight for what you believe in. And this @TheGoToMom loves her Sony NEX. Afterall it’s the one of the world’s smallest interchangeable lens cameras. And @LaJollaMom challenges her by spouting off that the Cyber-shot has a built in ‘photo-shop’ option called, “soft skin.” We moms love that soft focus feature! Which camera do you prefer? We want to know.

ONE Moms is a movement of moms everywhere using their extraordinary power to spread awareness for the fight against extreme poverty and preventable disease. These moms are leading a movement to promote education, engagement and activism on behalf of the world’s poorest. Recently, we took 10 social media moms to Kenya as a first step in this effort, where these American moms met their African counterparts and experienced extreme poverty as told through the lens of a mother in Africa.

Clever Girls Collective puts out AMAZING video to PINK’s “Raise Your Glass”

If you’re not heading to the BlogHer Conference this week, you’re probably already sick to death of hearing about it. So we have a couple things put together for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home, including the AMAZING video featuring…well…you. Click here to learn more about the Clever Girl Collective.

Yes, we all do this. Fess Up! Video Courtesy of “Expressing Motherhood.”

The unique idea for “Expressing Motherhood” came about in January 2008.

Lindsay Kavet & Jessica Cribbs found themselves wanting to tap into their former creative sides pre-baby. This need along with some feelings of isolation from becoming moms, led them to create a communal, storytelling platform for all kinds of moms, no acting required!

The show consists of roughly 13 moms. The cast changes every time a new show goes up. The show aims to represent all women and their experiences regarding motherhood. Pieces are funny, moving, frightening, sad, you name it. There is an open submission process a few months before a planned show. Moms interested need not have any acting experience. Lindsay is just looking for honesty and a willingness to get on stage and express themselves and ultimately, hopefully, feel fulfilled by the experience.

The hit, national show has been selling out to audiences in Los Angeles, New York City, Boston and your town soon!
